Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason at all you’re unhappy with your product, you can return it. All unused, undamaged merchandise in new condition (including tags) and original packaging may be returned within 120 days from the delivery date. We’ll credit your refund to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Battle OPS Footwear has 120 day limited warranty from the date of purchase against any defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship, during normal use. The warranty does not cover damage due to holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts and abrasions from outside causes, misuse and/or abuse by the wearer. The warranty may also be void if the user applies any materials not recommended for footwear, such as polishes, creams, oils or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear.
Products sold at a discount of 30% or greater are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
